Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointments. This allows me to accommodate others as well.
If a client no shows you may be subject to full service fee, if canceling within 24 hours a 65% fee will be charged by card on file.
Please know that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or adjust your appointment accordingly. If you are not at the salon within the timeframe, your appointment will be marked as a "no show" and be treated as a missed appointment.
I appreciate everyone's love and support of my time and business. I understand emergencies happen & life comes up but this ensures quality service for all clients and respect for everyone's time!
